67 women. 3 years. One industry that will never be the same.
That is what She Delivers has built in the heart of Kenya’s transport and logistics sector — and we are just getting started.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, we look back at the women who have made an impact on our lives — those on whose shoulders we stand, and those whose ankles we will support as they stand on ours.
As women, the 2026 IWD theme Give to Gain is the life we live. We anchor our success on the success of others — and we must keep this cycle going for the sake of future generations.
This theme inspired She Delivers, an initiative by Ponty Pridd Holdings in Nairobi, Kenya — designed to train 18–25 year old women across five areas: Driving, Mechanics, IT, Logistics, and Business Management.
While the vision began in the quiet of a boardroom, its pulse is found where the work is hardest: in the grease of the workshop, the focus of the classroom, and the dust of the highways.

Give to Gain Is Not a Slogan — It’s Our Operational Manual
To gain a seat at the table for women, we must first give an army of dedicated people the permission to belong.
Our recruitment is the first act of giving. We don’t just look for qualifications — we look for resilience. The spark that, when given the right fuel, becomes a fire.
For every cohort, we deliberately combine technical and holistic training. Our mentors deliver on the technical side, while our curriculum — covering emotional intelligence, communication, and personal branding — gives these women a whole new perspective on life and a chance to rewrite their story.
Over 3 years, we have learned this: technical skill alone does not suffice. To change the industry, we must also change minds.
❝ She Delivers not only gives the industry competent workers. It gives hope. It gives content that helps rewrite narratives. It gives young girls heroes they can look up to — and the interns a sisterhood they can lean on and grow from. ❞

Designing Gains for the Future
My vision for She Delivers is for it to become the global blueprint for inclusivity.
We are already laying the groundwork with our Digital Academy — scaling beyond Nairobi to reach every corner of Kenya, and eventually, the continent.
In ten years, She Delivers will be more than a programme. It will be a consultant to nations. We aren’t just producing employees — we are giving life to a generation of CEOs, fleet owners, and logistics innovators who happen to be women.
Imagine an industry where the inclusion of women with disabilities is normalised, and where our alumni network is the most powerful lobby for transport policy in Africa.
This is the reciprocity of progress: when we give our expertise, the industry gains its soul.

When we give our time, our advocacy, and our resilience today —
We gain a world where she doesn’t just belong.
She leads.
